I don't watch Deadliest Catch, but I've heard amazing things from you guys and other friends. What was it nominated for? (Obviously not a "main" category that will be broadcast tonight)

Best Nonfiction Show, or something like that. It doesn't want itself in with reality shows, and I don't blame them. They would probably win every year if they did, though.

Maybe after my test, I'll try and catch a few episodes and see what the hype is about. I have not heard one bad thing about DC.

As for tonight, really looking forward to seeing who wins what - some of the categories are up in the air, I think (some are obviously a shoo-in, like John Lithgow - he better win!).

I think the thing about Deadliest Catch is that they are just doing their job. Nobody plays it up for the cameras, and most of the time, you forget there's a cameraman standing there with them. You just feel like you're on the boat with them. Every emotion is from the heart not just for the benefit of the viewers.

So, you're telling me YD really likes a show that is full of getting in touch with your emotions? I'm not buying.

Oh, and another show I am starting soon (probably after my test) is Mad Men. once and for all.
