I'm sorry, too early for the grunter but a "maybe" for the only person - Pia - (other than James) who has been consistent all season?

I've been wondering that, Kristin. If last week we were told it was 80's and just a few days ago, it was revealed that it's really Elton John, I wonder how far in advance did they know of the theme change. I'm afraid we're in for a lot of shrieking, lyric forgetting, and "pitchy" (that was for Randy) vocals tonight.

That's what I'm thinking, too. And I'm predicting that Randy won't give them a break on forgetting lyrics, but JLo and Steven will. I'm not expecting much of an episode tonight, but I'll still be watching.

Seems to be the theme for me this season. Low expectations and then I'll be surprised (like last week) with some pretty decent performances.

I kind of wish they hadn't used the save already. Now we know that whoever's name comes out of Ryan's mouth will definitely be going home. I'd bet that we see Casey leave either this week or next week and then they'll see that the save was wasted.

Wait.... are they telling us on the results show what next week's theme is??? If so... I"m missing out!! Maybe because I change to Grey's so quickly... who knows.

Gee... we were told no more themes... and wait!! We've got themes. There was talk of a 30 minute elimination show with less fluff & filler.... but wait, the elimination shows are an hour long and chock full of fluff & filler!!!! Except last week's.... they've got HUGE ENORMOUS shoes to fill this week in order to come anywhere close to topping last week's show.

And I am making a prediction right now.... that Steven Tyler will absolutely LOVE everything that is sung tonight... and that we'll hear the word "pitchy" from Randy, he hasn't said it in a while so you know he's going to have to satisfy his urge to do so.
