I have no idea why but in the last ten years or so the famous person whose death most effected me was Steve Irwin of all people. I think it was because he was young, he had young kids, he always seemed like a nice guy, and it was just such a sudden and unusual way to die.

Ugh. This is so terribly sad. I was at work tonight and just now heard about this. Man, the memories I have ... Jumanji. Mrs. Doubtfire. Aladdin. Birdcage. The list just goes on. So, so sad.

Robin Williams was put on this earth to wake us up; to break down our walls for one, brief moment to see the truth before we selfishly built them back up. His comedy made us laugh, but more importantly made us think. Robin was a man that felt too much for any one individual, yet he didn't back away from it. He used it to better our lives and unselfishly sacrifice his. He might be gone physically, but there is no damn way he is gone. His spirit is evergreen and courageous…I am so thankful to have known you…

Robin and Christopher Reeve were college roommates.... not a secret.
BUT... did you know.....
almost ALL insurance companies have a 'cap'. its not talked about but when you hit 1 million dollars in coverages, they stop paying.. Well Chris hit that milestone VERY quickly after his accident.
Robin Williams has paid for EVERY part of Chris' care, since that point!
