No, you would be an asshole for different reasons. To be honest, he is just well liked by people, the show has a lot of fans, and he died somewhat suddenly. Put that all together and people just feel a real loss, I guess.

It's the show Wingz and TK. The reason I love this show so much, and I've always said this, they put the real in reality. There's no bullshit about these guys, they just are who they are flaws and all. They swear, they drink, they fight, they do things they shouldn't and they don't try to hide from it.

Phil was a tried and true red blooded American. He had a heart bigger than the world, he was hilarious, he loved his kids but tried to make them accountable for their actions as well as teaching them what he thought they needed to know to carry on the business.

This show makes you feel like they're part of your family, even though you don't and probably never will know them. Phil was a guy you could have a duck fart with, you could shoot the shit with. He wasn't pretentious about his fame either. He was just a normal guy, but with a lot of charisma.

Oh, you can watch a lot of it on Netflix instant, btw. Phil/CM wasn't on Season 1 (except for a few clips here and there), so if you want to know about Phil specifically, watch Season 2 on.

my explanation would be this:
"only the good die young" and when that happens, people are affected.....

he was REAL. what you saw is what you got! he would tell it like it is to ANYONE who dared asked and didnt give a shit what they thought!

he was a great dad and the guy next door!! if you watched the show, you couldnt help but love him!

he was just an all around GREAT guy that died WAY before his time....
IMO
