OK, so what the heck have I missed, sounds like the expert witness is not such an expert...is he really doing as bad as they say...I have not had the opportunity to watch for the last couple of days....someone catch up

HAH! I am someone! I swear he (the psychologist) drank the jodi kool-aid! He has somewhat of a checkered past, too, some ethic violations. He gave her a greeting card and a book and he was not supposed to do that! Also he scored her on PTSD based on the lies of the 2nd story (ninjas) and admitted he should have re-administer the test. He was not a good witness but juan martinez gets a little too mean sometimes, I like him but I saw what happened to the cASSey prosecutor. this is short i know but its late for me!

I totally agree with you about Juan martinez. The jury did NOT like the aggressive prosecutor in the Casey anthony case and that's what worries me! Oh my gosh that expert will prolly never be hired for a case again. He didn't even bring the test he administered! Then he made mistakes and didn't ammend his report, he just wrote a worksheet that he brought with him. Juan martinez was like "you get paid 250.00 an hour and it wasn't important enough to you to do it correctly??" Wow, I just want the trial to be over so they can deliberate.

Just read that so far this trial has cost the taxpayers of Maricopa County $838,000...that is just for her layers not the whole trial
