I've never seen/felt this type of earthquake patterns before. 140 aftershocks. Crazy. I feel a larger one is coming. Gut feeling.

It's weird. it's raining here so I don't feel ominous because it's usually when things are still that we get them.

Yeah, even after Northridge the aftershocks weren't like that. I mean yeah, we got them, but it wasn't like that.

Everybody's just nervous because we haven't had any in so long and have forgotten how it feels.

They're expanding now ... even Wyoming had a 4.8 earthquake today.

Stop talking about them so they will go away!!!

The closest I've been to experiencing an earthquake wasn't actually an earthquake... Some guy 3 blocks from us filled his house up with gas from his stove & blew it up. I was in my living room when it happened & we had a big picture window that looked like it was moving... The blast was so big they found debris miles away. It def mimicked an earthquake, I was only about 13... Scared me!!

The worst part of earthquakes, when I lived at the beach, was the deafening sound ...

of a thousand car alarms going off at the same time. That's my strongest memory about California earthquakes.

dogs howling. the big boom at the beginning which you get in certain ones is the scariest part to me. it's either a boomer or a rumbler.
