Just spent another 5 days evacuated due to another wildfire sparked by PGE. October 2017 marked our devastating Tubbs fire and now this. We've been lucky and haven't lost our home or business. Glad to be home but our hearts go out to others here who have.

I tend to agree with your "corrupt nonsense" point of view. It's been some years since I lived there, and they were underhanded then.

Unfortunately, the way to end the stranglehold will create many more issues which people would be unwilling to take upon themselves.
