LMAO!

And ya, the whole production behind the games makes me wonder if that is what networks wish they could do today. LOL I'm getting halfway through the second book. Got. To. Read. More.

They are addicting, like book crack. Glad you finally picked them up Wingz, TK you need to read them, it won't take long LOL.

For me the movie was a bit disappointing it just didn't seem to cover enough of the "who" of the characters for me. Without knowing them and their stories, worrying about them in the games just isn't the same.

I was just coming to post that, kara. After thinking about it after I saw the movie yesterday, I did not feel for the characters nearly as much. Its hard when you don't have her thoughts all the time. That's what made the book for me. I still really enjoyed the movie and seeing it all come to life, but the five minutes of gale in the movie don't help explain her turmoil. Also, where was Madge? A few other things were missing but I don't wanna spoil for those who haven't read.

Agree with you both -- no matter what book they've made into a movie, the book is ALWAYS better than the movie for that one reason.
