I am way over 21 and far too old to be having my first mammogram, but I did that today. If there is any other idiot out there who has been putting this off because of the horror stories about how painful it is, trust me. It's not painful. It's not even particularly uncomfortable, except for the pose you have to hold for about 15 seconds.

Anyway, I promise you, it is not painful and it could save your life. Get a mammogram every year.

went monday and the found a spot... going back tomorrow for follow up films...
