LMAO Sassy read it and you didn't, Tickle?

I briefly glanced at it. I am VERY VERY skeptical about these things and a firm believer in good nutrition and exercise and that'll do the trick. All these extra pills are usually crap. I can look more into it, in terms of ingredients, if you are really curious.

yeah, see that is what i meant, ingredients and stuff.
and if there were any warnings about it etc....
it says its fda approved, but that could be a lie

Well, it could be, but the problem is ... FDA approval doesn't always mean it's the greatest plan. There is never anything better than nutrition and exercise. Active lifestyle. I will look into the ingredients later.

OK I have never seen any of these things work and if you read closely I am sure you will find diet and exercise in there somewhere...My oldest daughter went to a weight loss dr here that gave her a diet plan and different vitamins you can buy in any vitamin store, and a b12 shot every week...She lost weight 30 some pounds....Once she went off the diet it came back...not all but most...

There is a girl that was friends with my youngest daughter that is selling some sort of shakes...says they work, she won a Mercedes for selling...She works out non stop all day with px90 and runs 2 miles twice a day...The shake had nothing to do with it....JMO

Diet and exercise is the only way.......

If it sounds too good to be true ... and all that.

And, if this actually worked, it would be all over the medical journals, etc. and headlining your local newspaper.

I don't think there is an easy way to lose weight. If you follow their diet, you'll probably lose weight with or without the magic spray/pills/whatever.

However, since it is your discovery, we have elected you guinea pig in charge, so buy the program and keep us advised. If it works, please send me a six-month supply IMMEDIATELY.

But it isn't approved by the FDA for over the counter. You can only get it by prescription or at a diet clinic that does it here (for a lot of money)... or you can get it by other means LOL
